We walk you through the goal, the team, and the three options. You choose how we proceed.

If we move forward, we write down the metric, the payout formula, the timeline, and the exit rules. Everyone understands the deal before work starts.

The team works in short pushes toward the agreed metric. No showmanship. No extra noise. We deliver the result or we stop.
