Members of the syndicate work on project based missions with organizations that want to move faster and think differently.

We assemble small teams and equip them with advanced AI tools to deliver clear, measurable outcomes.

We are currently forming the first cohort of the BURNOUT Syndicate.

We are looking for builders, strategists, engineers, researchers, and operators who thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy solving real problems.

Participation is flexible and project based. Some members contribute part time while exploring new roles. Others participate in multiple missions over time.
